Experience the heart of Fukuoka’s food culture by making authentic Tonkotsu Ramen from scratch—from kneading the noodles to choosing your favorite toppings.

In this hands-on workshop, you will also learn the art of folding and pan-frying your own Gyoza (Japanese dumplings). This special program offers the dual joy of "creating" and "eating," providing a deep dive into Japanese culinary traditions.

Once finished, you can sit down and enjoy your handmade ramen and gyoza right on the spot!
